Con la idea de dar una respuesta de las colectividades locales y regionales de África y a la crisis global: promover el desarrollo local sustentable y el empleo» como tema principal se celebrarán en la ciudad marroquí de marrakech la 5ª cumbre de las ciudades africanas organizado por la Organización Panafricana de Ciudades y Gobiernos Locales Unidos de África (CGLUA).

En paralelo a las conferencias y talleres, tendrá lugar en Salón Internacional de las colectividades locales de África (Citexpo).
