Como es conocido por muchos en Julio 2012 la cumbre internacional de Nueva. York concluyó sin conseguir la firma del Tratado sobre Armas pequeñas ATT.

El día 18 de marzo 2013 comienzan, también en N York, las Negociaciones interrumpidas y a través de las Hijas de la Caridad que trabajan en los EEUU. Hemos conseguido esta web
